Standards & Trade Compliance
Bankable infrastructure is built to recognised standards and within compliant trade frameworks. Canadian Energies designs, manufactures, and delivers against both.

CUSMA-Aligned Supply Chain
Solar modules and BESS units produced in Canada qualify for North American procurement under the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement, avoiding the tariff and origin risks that follow offshore supply.
Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) Compliance
Manufacturing is Canadian-led with no prohibited foreign-entity ownership, satisfying U.S. IRA-adjacent and Canadian procurement restrictions tied to FEOC and prohibited foreign entities (PFE).
International Product Standards
Modules are designed and tested to IEC 61215/61730 and UL 61730, the safety and design-qualification standards required by North American utilities and code bodies.
Quality Management
Production is governed by an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system covering incoming inspection, process control, traceability, and outgoing quality.
